The following quality checks are carried out as part of our production process:

Preliminary inspection

Monitoring of the pre-treatment baths:

• pH value – regular checks
• Electrical conductivity 
• Determination of concentration by titration  

Test procedures on the coated object

Standard (continuous monitoring)

• Coating thickness measurement
• Visual inspection
• Cross-hatch test

At the customer’s request

• Salt spray tests
• Colour measurements
• Gloss measurement
• Coating test 

Powder quality

To ensure consistently high quality, we use only powders from reputable manufacturers.

Preferably, these are powders that have GSB or Qualicoat certification. Naturally, we also process powders specified by the customer.

Our powders are stored in a climate-controlled warehouse.
