Services

We offer industrial coating services for aluminium, black and galvanised steel, as well as stainless steel.

  • Coating dimensions: 6,500 mm (length) x 2,500 mm (width) x 1,000 mm (depth)
  • Depending on the part geometry, lengths from 6,500 to 7,000 mm are available at an additional charge.
  • Maximum weight per item: 500 kg

The wet chemical pre-treatment of aluminium construction products is carried out in a computer-controlled pre-treatment line in accordance with the technical regulations set out in Building Regulations List A, serial no. 4.9.14

The pre-treatment of galvanised steel is carried out in accordance with DIN 55633.
Black steel is pre-treated using a nanoceramic coating.

Production

Careful pre-treatment of the workpieces is essential in order to achieve ‘ALSTAB quality’ coating.

During pre-treatment, the workpieces are degreased, cleaned and neutralised.
Depending on the material and subsequent processing, a conversion coating is applied.

Warranty on black steel

We provide a five-year warranty on our aluminium coating in accordance with the German Civil Code (BGB). A condition of the warranty is proper cleaning in accordance with RAL GZ 632, which can be viewed at our premises.

The coating is applied using GSB- or Qualicoat-certified polyester powder of façade-grade quality. This offers high UV resistance and particularly good durability. The standard coating thickness of the powder is approx. 50–80 µm. We process all RAL and custom colour shades, using powders from reputable suppliers (e.g. AKZO Nobel, IG Pulvertechnik, Axalta, Tiger Werk, Relius, etc.).

The duplex process is primarily used for applying metallic finishes, anti-graffiti coatings and, for enhanced corrosion protection, a special primer.

We also offer anti-drone and anti-condensation coatings; we would be happy to provide you with further information on these in a personal consultation.

When selecting your parts, please note that we operate at a curing temperature of 220 °C and a workpiece temperature of up to 200 °C. Thin-walled and heat-sensitive parts may become deformed.
